Graduate Assistant (2012–2013)
I handle all aspects of publicity for departmental events, including event posters and programs, newsletters, and websites. Additionally, I assist with daily departmental operations.
Editorial Assistant (2010–2011)
I assisted with all aspects of journal editing, including evaluating submissions, arranging double-blind peer review, copyediting manuscripts, and preparing the journal for the press. In addition, I designed and maintained the journal webpage.
Special Projects Assistant (2009–2010)
I handled all aspects of publicity for the Medieval Studies Institute at Indiana University. I created event posters and programs, wrote and designed the institute newsletter, maintained the website. In addition, I helped organize the annual spring symposium, serving as a liaison between the institute and the graduate student symposium committee. While in this position, I implemented a build of Open Conference Systems, an open-source conference management system that handles submission, scheduling, and archiving.
Editorial Assistant, Reviews (2008–2010)
I managed our extensive electronic database of books and archived reviews, corresponded with publishers to request volumes and inform them of published reviews, solicited appropriate reviewers, and assisted with the editing and electronic publishing of reviews.

I am a graduate student in folklore and medieval studies at Indiana University. I work generally with medieval religious folk culture. My current research is on medieval saints' legends and vernacular models of sanctity.
